Infinite Campus Updates 24-25

To streamline operations and reduce costs, the HCSD will now provide most of its beginning-of-school-year forms to families through the Parent Portal, aiming for greater efficiency.

Parent Portal:
Set up Parent Portal if you have not already done so. All parents MUST have an account to access grades and complete important forms.

***NEW THIS YEAR*** Complete an annual update application via Parent Portal.
              *This is required to access Parent Portal for the 24-25 school year.*
               Note: If you have never completed an application online, you will have more information
to complete.

Access your student’s schedule to see your child’s teacher.

Fill out digital forms.
                It is CRITICAL that all forms are completed so students have access to Chromebooks
and necessary permissions for programs.

Below are the forms that will be available to sign via Parent Portal:

  • Book Notification Form
  • Compulsory Education Notification
  • Elementary/Middle/High Program Acknowledgments
  • Elementary Release Page
  • Middle and High Agenda Pages
  • Scoliosis Screening Program (Grades 6 and 8 only)
  • Code of Conduct
  • Emory Form

 

Please allow 24 hours for the forms to show up after the designated times.
